That sounds pretty good if i could get you to help me out. It would save me some money over paying a shop to do it.. The prices i have seen on the springs are not to bad. So would be a cheap visual mod.

yeah the prices for most springs aint to bad at all. the only other thing you'll need other than a few tools is the spring compressor to get the springs off the front struts. i payed 75 to rent one from oreily's but thats refundable when you bring it back. when you decide to get some springs let me know and i'll see when i can make it down that way.

Looks like I need to start spring shoping... Did you have to do an alignment afterward?

Before Hurricane Katrina I had a show truck that was in scrapin... But sadly she sank like the titanic under 16 feet of water.

s-10 xtreme, lowered, cowl hood, Phantom grille, led corners and blinkers, clear tail lights, xenon air dam, 6 grand worth of stereo, I cried my self to sleep many nights wile i camped in my yard because I had no where to live.

I grew up very fortunate and that was the first time in my life I was reduced to dirt. I view life differently now.

Mine didnt float at all... It sat in the exact spot that I left it. We had a big playhouse in the yard for the kids and that big thing floated over the top of it and never touched it. The truck didnt have a scratch on it when I got home except for there being a inch of mud on the dash.

After the storm I bought a 4 door frontier and threw some 22's on it. put about 50,000 miles on it and got tired of putting fuel in that thirsty truck. Heavy ass 22's killed my mileage...

I was thinkin Scrapin the Coast whenever I was reading the first posts about wanting to meet up. Let's all meet up at Scrapin the Coast. They have a track night where everyone meets up at the Colliseum and rides over to gulf port dragway. Let's meet up that evening before they ride over and we can all ride over ourselves. If we get there early we can park together and get nice spots. Last year we waited in line almost two hours to get out lol and that yellow ss/sc that one guy saw at edgewater mall was probably me. I work at american eagle on the weekends. There's also another ss there but it isn't supercharged. It's yellow too... Anywho, how does that sound to everyone?

Hell yeah! Everyone else? Kevin we can get your zex hooked up and you can run yours on the track that night. Fair warning though.. Last year the cost to get in was like $15 then you had to pay an additional fee to run your car all night. Everyone said it was only supposed to be $5 so I think the person who took our money was chargin extra to pocket some cash lol bastards. But seriously, it's a lot of fun.
