trey its just what i have heard but dsm cars mess up easly and if you want to make them fast at all you have to jump straight into the bottom end of the motor. all my friends in wiggins used to drive gst's and they all messed up all the time! and i think you can do better than an auto.

and i know you knew it was commin, but you may want to do some research on hondas if you want a fast and reliable dd, you can get good cars for good deals all day long. just look up honda b18, b20, and k20, you will be surprised at the amount of power you can get withought even boosting, just saying you should look it up before you jump head first into the wonderfull world of dsm.

I owned a 98 eclipse GS before the cobalt. I know what you mean about them breaking a lot, but as far as the transmission I have a standard transmission to drop down into it. I probably won't get it. I talked to the guy today... He really wants 5600 for it. He won't ever get that much for it...

If I do get it I won't mod it. It's SOOO clean stock I'd hate to mess it up. It almost looks brand new. I'd mod the Cobalt up. It's why I have it... But like I said I probably won't get it.

rusty did you happen to know david in wiggins that has or had the smoke grey eclipse with the big wing exhaust wheels and air struts? i use to work with him is why i asked. his gs eclipse was pretty fast to only have head work intake and exhaust. then he kinda messed it up puttin air struts on it..

is there a design floating around for GCE stickers?

 

I have heard a lot of people say hat they wanted a black sticker. But myself i have black window tint on my car. So i was thinking of something like a silver or black outline around the letters so for the people with dark tint the sticker is still visible. If not i was going to have to put mine on the side skirts or my other thought was on my front bumper there by my break cooler vents.

I have spoken with my sign guy and instead of me trying to draw something up i am just going to get him to come up with something for me then go look at it and give it a yes or no. I dont have school this week so maybe i can have something..

How are we wanting to pay for these... Just everyone just pitch in or am i catching the bill?

I like the idea of having black stickers with colored outlines tho aaron. I'll take a black stick w/yellow outline of course... And you know I'll throw down some money for these. Just figure up a bulk price and we can split it evenly. If you wanna buy them first we can pay you back whenever we pick them up. I only want one. The size could be like 1 1/2 ( or 2) high by like 4 or 5 inches long. That's what I was thinking. A simple "GCE" will do it for me. Centered at the bottom of my back window...

Kevin got his car back. Mine's in the paint shop. Went to look at it today and they haven't touched it yet. Probably waiting on parts to come in.
