can anyone tell me what color neon lighitng is not permitted on the front of a car in the state of florida? i have a silver car and want to put blue neons on it but i am not sure if i can have them up front or not

 

most states any color cannot be flashing while driving, or be able to the actual bulb when driving... most state dont restrict colors specifically only visible bulbs, or flashing lights. If you want to know 100% for sure call the local state highway patrol post... Also, check b/c certain counties/cities may have stricker policies then the state.
