who's the quickest ss around here? last I knew, back in jan. of 07' there was a redline that was doin 13.4's but has anyone beat that? I mean, I only have a g into my car so needless to say not much mods, but seriously what are you all running? and don't give me this spinworld stuff, I grip just fine going down that track. 2.1's are normal on the street tires. Well actually my 13.8 was with a 2.272 60 footer, so I wonder...my best is a 2.18, maybe I can hit 13.7's with stg2 and exhaust?

i'm not sure whos the fastest but I believe that was the fastest I heard. Most the other SS/SC drivers around my area are complete douchebags. Not the orlando guys, more the deltona, sanford area really...they are basically little kids who want to go fast and furious on the road...ugh.

The kuhmo's are alright so far, they are on the back now...they wore pretty quick, but to their defense sometimes I just can't help slamming the 1-2 and spinning for about 4 seconds in 2nd...haha. 39k miles and my clutch is still bad as hell...its a champ. But back to the tires...I paid I think 30 bucks installed for both...sadly I had to buy new tires in pairs due to being poor and in college...i have primewells on the front now and they struggle to grip for ****...but the tread is holding up well. But as for the kuhmos...for the price I paid, which was 210 shipped, they are doing well.
And I asked who the fastest was so you guys can post your quickest! Regardless of whether you hit 2.5 60 footers or not, im curious as to how other lsj's or even lnf's are doing around me. My quickest trap so far is 103.8, but I think I can squeeze a little more out of her before I need to do something else...even though I think I may wait till later and do a supercharger swap.
oh and I ran mid february of 08, so the weather was nice...I think in the 50's at night.

Well I got them online at....tirerack? They are Y rated which I think is a form of Z rating or something...they are safe up to about 180 or so, and I certainly cant get to that speed haha. It was 210 for 2 tires, I wish for 4! Of course, if I paid that little amount of money for tires without major discount, Id be worried about their quality...but yes, for the price paid, They served their needs. Had great grip in the beginning also. But like I said, just wear a bit quick but now since they are on the back I doubt theyll wear too much until I swap again.
