S/C + heat exchanger help near FWB?

Can someone help me out with the cobra HE, and routing the hoses? I have one hooked up, but I have a feeling it's backwards, and I'm not able to log IAT2's so I'm not sure if it's doing its job effectively. I only trapped 98mph in 1/4 at 14.4 on 228hp/211 tq. I think I should be making more power, and it feels like the car bogs after the 1/8th so maybe it's getting heatsoaked (ie, HE pushing the coolant through the cores backwards).

BTW 2.4 supercharged<

The heat issue wasn't a big deal in NH because it didn't get too hot up there, but here it's regularly 90+ and I can feel it in the car. Maybe I'm not used to it...

Man it may not be the HE. Its probably just the wonderful weather. I went to the track here in June it was high 90's possibly low 100's Humidity was high as well. I ran a 14.3 @ 97, thats all she could muster up. The summer weather here sucks the life out of the cars.

Yeah but I ran my 14.4 in 65deg temps. It was not hot by any means, so I always thought it was put on backwards. I had another ss/sc owner tell me it was backwards but he wasn't positive...and I'm not that familiar with the LSJ so I couldn't come up with a good answer either.

Hmm, thats odd. I don't remember off hand exactly how I routed my CX heat exchanger. I'd have to look and see. Have you looked in the how to section? There are a few diagrams of how the system should be routed. They may help.
