Ummm, Sean did you ever get your issues fixed?
With the problems you we're having idk if I'd risk running the car right now.

Gonna have to agree with LSJWannabe on this one.
If your heatsoaking on that 2.6 with no cooling mods your running the risk of having number 4 piston try to visit the astronaughts on the Space Station.

Think of it this way once the IAT2 hits 160 the pcm pulls timing so you are losing power on that 2.6 rather then making it. I'd really try to get someone to read that tune. Are you sure the OBD port fuse isn't blown and thats why you couldn't read from it?

iam very easy on the car 2nd sum 3rd gear pulls. i just added water wetter an it feels a lil better and the engine temps are constantly low to mid 180's

i just had a muffler shop weld up a 2.5 cat back and i put My wideband in(runnin super rich 12.0-12.5) the port is fine i had my cps freak out during sum wheel hop took it to advanced an was able to pull the code np

Adding water wetter is going to help a little but not much.
Engine temps aren't the problem it's you Intake temps that are the issue.
These are completley seperate things. Engine temp at 180 is fine but your IAT2 is probably sitting in the 180 range on WOT runs. I'll send you a pm explaining IAT for you.

Next time you down US 27 give me a call I can try to read your tune for you with my HPT and I can send a copy of it to redfocz for you also.

Actually your running super lean at 12.2 to 12.5 you want an 11.8 at most on a forced inducted car. Now on an N/a eninge like your old 2.4 SS 12.4 to 12.6 would of been good.

The reason your running super lean is even on 60's with that 2.6 your still probably maxxing the injectors. (would have to scan the car to confirm thou)

I'd stay at a 2.8 pulley as any smaller and your really just putting the supercharger out of it's effiency range imo.

Look around I got my Cobra H/E for free from the SVTPerformance forms.
(Of course the guy was awesome for doing that as they usually run 50 to 80 bucks used)
Which reminds me I owe him a beer

If you could read his tune and send it to me that would be great I would liike to know what the guy did when he tuned the car and why it was locked in the first place. But when I hooked up to his pcm I could not read any thing.

Also for N/A engine you want to keep them around a 12.9 or 13.2 just to let you know

Sounds good Focz!

I'm thinking it just might be the OBD II fuse is blown and thats why you couldn't read it (unless you checked that already).

Everyone I've talked to says 12.8 is the leanest you want to go on N/A cars (generally)

I lost some power on the dyno when I went richer then 13.1. At WOT my wide band sits at 13.1

The old saying every engine is different applies to all things.
At WOT my car hits 12.3 that is it would but with the meth kit it goes down to 11.8 with the timing advance I'm quite happy with my car at the moment.

sean need to take it racing right now with no cooling mods and it being summer time your IAT2's are going to sky rocket and you will hey knock. Running a 2.6 pully even with cooling mods is risky mucg less how your running it.

Not true,

You have to prove they sold it that way.
And unless you have documented and photographed proof they're gonna laugh and say to f'n bad kid.
It sucks I know.

Do you have a stage 2 hub or are you stuck with a zzp hub?
