next weekend is memorial day weekend, my wife was asking me today what we where doin, so I was like **** it we'll go down, I got a 3 day weekend, so drive down saturday morning, after work and drive back monday, maybe sunday 24th, we can all meet somewhere in las cruces for a bite or something

looks like i will be going to the track tonight (friday night). blab want to see what his car can do. i will go and watch from the sidelines.

 

I want to see some Balts other than dvs at the track damnit! lol We will be there tonight, hopefully some Balts will be making some passes. I still have not seen an SS/TC run at our track yet.

Pretty good trap, should be able to get into the low 14's maybe even high 13's. Just got to get that 60' time way down. For every tenth of a second you take off your 60' it generally takes about two tenths off of your 1/4 mile time. Your 60' on that run was almost a 2.7, which, no offense, is really bad. lol Get that down to even a 2.4 and you would be running low 14's. Just practice the launch and try to limit the wheel spin.

 

there was 2 tc balts last week, his and a silver highrise, I ain't goin tonite, maybe next friday, but don't know yet, since I work that night and then after gettin off, I'ma drive down to las cruces, need to rest good on friday, so I don't pass out driving, lol

Yeah, I've only been driving stick since I got the TC last september and I've only taken it to the track twice now. The whole launching with a stick is slightly confusing when you're not used to it. I gotta learn not to dump the clutch. Once I get my launches down then I'll be able to work on my overall time. Reaction time, wheel spin, etc. You know the drill lol.

 

Yeah here at the track see a siver and red cobalt ss but no one near the cars so not sure who they are

 

I know the guy from vegas he has a black cobalt. he must think im running nos because i spanked the **** outta him when we raced

 

Ha ha nice...ended up seeing 2 cobalts ss/sc out there no one ran then but they are going to try and go on june 19th too...and talked to another guy there who has an sc that out of commision right now but might make the meet
