I paid 13K for the sedan. I am pretty sure I could still get 13K for the sedan.

Also with 300.00 in mods I'm faster than a new 5.0 And my car payment isn't 600.00 a month.

IMO 13K dollar 12 sec car > 32+K Dollar 12 sec car. (Also get better gas mileage on 91 Oct.)

Plus I don't have to deal with the douche bag status of driving a mustang.

 

Im pretty sure you could get upwards of 18k. Retail is 20k and private party is 18k.

Just do what Drew and I are doing. Air box mod, K&N drop in, zzp silicon intake tube, DP, E and a tune. You are looking at 500 max for a 12 sec car!

For the record, I didn't even have a down pipe for the 12 sec run here in Tucson. So 300-350 and its there. (Just AB Mod and E85 tune.)

 

zzp intake elbow/snorkel snip/K&N dropin (All done for less than 100.00

Look at my VB Garage. Those are the type of mods you need to run low 13's. 12's in a SC cobalt...Probably unrealistic without a lot of suspension work and driver a mod.

My car has a K&N drop in and GM Stage I only. It would be a very good test. I think you could possibly beat me if your car runs like my LSJ did.
