I was an idiot and paid $69 for an oil change at gateway Chevy..never again. Especially when i found that Wal-mart (Estrella Pkwy) does a Mobil 1 oil change for $39!

39 is damn tempting for me, though...although now that CED is selling the filters for less than half of what I pay for them, I think I'll continue doing it myself.

Never trust Wal-mart to do an oil change. On my wifes car about a year ago they did an oil change and out the used filter back on and put on someone elses drain plug. Not a cheap thing to fix and they will not pay a dime of it cause they will tell you that you have to have proof of what they did. Cost me about 1200 to fix their stupidity.

I would never go to Wal-mart for anything automotive related. Plus I doubt that is the price for full synthetic.

Walmart will fix their mistakes. All you have to do is tell that they screwed it up. I've done it, it isn't hard. They will even reimburse you if you take it to where you want it fixed.
