What type of intake? And where are you in AZ? If it is somewhere not too far I'd be happy to swing by, as I should be getting my intake sometime soon too so I'd love to get a look at what it'll take to install one...

Well i only drove like 4 miles last night aruond midnight so it wasnt crazy hot out. didnt get under like 120 and didnt get above 160. but my only cooling mod right now is H/E. i should have my meth kit on by saturday i hope

 

Let me know how your set your meth controler up as far as command on and full spray settings. Also what type of fluid your using. Im having issues with mine currently.

Thats wierd. I was out at 10 last night crusing on the freeway and my temps were 110-115. Then I decided to race a bolted LS1 T/A. After the run my temps were at 85. Meth is a beautiful thing if I could get it to not bog.

 

i got just the basic kit, on at 5 and full at 10psi. im using meth from speedway automotive. where else can you get it around here?

so after a run it got lower? lol thats awesome. was it a red transam? auto?

 

Black T/A manual. We went from around 50. I jumped him through 2nd and by the time we were done with third he had about a car on me. We shut it down at the end of 3rd.

Im using PEAK 20 degree windshield washer fluid lol.

I just did some research and the 20 degree PEAK fluid is only 10 percent meth. That might be the problem with my bogging issue.

ewww dont tint your head lights lol. IMO it doesnt look as good as taking them apart and painting the insides black. plugs when you tint the whole thing it makes your lights not as bright.

 

if you want to meet up on tuesday, ill help im going to paint my valve cover and install my injen on tuesday.

Just use good silicone and make sure all the old silicone is cleaned up

its not that hard,its ez to do just like (slow L61 lol) said just try to get most of the old silicone out and dont go cheap on using the silicone to seal them up so you wont have any problems
