I saw this slow ass silver SS with some stupid license plate frame that said "contents under pressure."

That would be TOM. And what makes you think it's slow? Things making 320+hp/360+tq And he STILL doesn't even have a single bolt-on modification.

i was a arizona auto parts getting some parts for my buddy and i saw a yellow ss/sc w/ turbo swap. Pretty sick. in horrible condition though. they are asking 6500. also i work at best buy tatum and cactus and there is a blue ss/sc thats almost always parked under a tree by Islands Burgers.

as stated a few posts up, it was modded to become turbo, then stolen, then lit on fire & is now for sale.

Fully built..........Pistons, valves, heads, springs, cams yada yada. Garrett GT30R (?) turbo charger........I was in the process of tuning it, and one day while Gilbert was in Mexico he got a call from the police back in Glendale telling him they found his cobalt on fire on the side of the road. Someone stole it while he was out of town, and he was pissed. He got insurance money for it after about 4 months of waiting, but he just wanted the car back.
People who stole it had no idea I had not finished tuning it and the car most likely went into limp mode due to the SCIP sensor getting to much boost reading. Happened a lot at first. Then they stole 1 wheel, all of the guages, the seats, and lit it on fire. Never touched the engine.

2005-2007 Sti Subies are around 234 awhp and the Evo8-9's are at 221 to 227. The SS\TC is around 241 to 246, and much more torque too, not to mention the SS\TC is 200 lbs lighter. I've beaten older evo's, STI's from a 40 roll and up, BADLY!! The new heavier Sti's and EvoX are just sooo much heavier than their older siblings, and not even worth the run. Yes the new versions are that slow!!!
