Are you sure you're not thinking about Nov 12th @ Speedworld? Oct 29th is listed as a normal 6pm to midnight Sat Night drags...

Also Oct 2nd (Sunday) is Club day. If you guys have a club (even it it isn't an incorporated club) give Victoria a call and sign up. The SRT-4 club will be out there with everything from Stockers to a few low 12/high 11 sec cars.

They do now. During the hotter months it started at 8pm.
Also I think the Speedworld Website is wrong it's probably 6 to 10~10:30, rather than 6 to midnight. It is usually ~4hrs worth of racing.

I was out there, ran several low 12's on my street tune (~400whp), including a 12.2 where the new slicks finally hooked up well and I got a 1.9 60'... then proceeded to miss the 3-4 shift. That run had 11's written all over it, if I hadn't missed the stupid shift.

But then I smoked my clutch, so it looks like I'll just be a spectator next weekend at Club day I've got to figure out what clutch to run now. I'm thinking about a twin disk setup...

Yup. At least according to Clucthmasters it is...

It'll hold up to 900ft lbs at the flywheel. After an engine rebuild next year and a 100 shot of nitrous, I should be right at 800ft lbs at the flywheel... so it'll have a little extra insurance.

I had a stage 4 on my GSX and it was streetable... but just barely... Basically had to dump it at 2k to get going without stalling.... You absolutely could NOT slip it... but that was awhile ago now... Things are always changing... theyve probably improved design quite a bit !

OniMirage.... Welcome !
