Payson is beautiful and has tons of great places for group photos, but that is asking the Tucson people to make a 3 hour drive, when Casa Grande is pretty much equal distance for almost everyone.

 

there are other parks in casa grande.. i just looked at that one because it wasnt all the way into town. i dont even mind going up to chandler or even avondale/glendale area.. i used to do it all the time, but gas isnt as cheap.

 

well if everyone drove pro-street cars and got like 3 MPG then I could understand that but the worst mileage some of our guys get is in the high teens if not low 20's , I really don't mind going to either of the places and if it means a bigger turn out then we can stick with Casa Grande .

 

i hate tuscon really i do but are there any areas there that we can go to? gives me an excuse to see some family afterwards too.

 

ok , just to keep the turnout high lets stick with casa grande , now onto the next issue . Date and Time for this to take place , now it will obviously have to be a weekend due to Work and all that but what weekend is gonna be best for everyone and far enough out that we can all get off of work , myself especailly (2 jobs are a bitch to get out of for even a day ) .

No one's forcing your poor broke ass to go to Casa Grande either Camron. Nice f**king post. Just cause you're broke and need a ride doesn't mean you discriminate another group. You compromise on a closer location for everyone and work together to get the most people possible. I think the Tucson group actually has a better turn out ratio then the Phoenix group.

Did we drive up for the vid shoot and follow people around with NO possible plan in mind? YES we did.

When ya'll came down here for the vid shoot we had a plan. Executed the plan. And had a kickass time doing it. (except for Steve getting scared shitless )

Now, I am doing being mad at Cameron. I've gotten what I wanted to say off my chest.

I am down for whatever gets decided. If its CG then great! If its Payson kewl too! Hell, I even think Sedona would give us a better backdrop for the location. So, instead of singling people out cause the drive is too far let's try and find a location we could get to in less than a day from everyone. I'll even take the pics since I may be a Delta but NOT a Cobalt.

 

Sedona would be real nice.

 

sedona trip attempt number 2 eh? the only problem i have with that place is space. its crowded there. if there was noone there it would be different but its such a huge vacation spot now that its packed all the time.

Hey I can't believe I missed this thread! I am totally down for wherever as long as I get about a week or two notice, cause I sometimes work saturdays and sundays. And lets go somewhere that we don't have do drive through dirt and gravel to get to, k. Just my suggestion. Casa grande is cool and all except there is nothin there, just rock and dirt. Gilbert is a helluva lot better idea, cause there is green stuff there.

How do you figure!?!? It will be dumping raw fuel into one cylinder and not burning it.

 

Just unplug the injector from the harness. It's not like it's burning the fuel anyways.

well , at least were getting some more attention in the thread , Cam real sorry to hear / see that happend to your **** . I finally got mine running right after the tune from Psyko and the port plus brand new intake it feels like a whole different car .

 

Still interested in going. Just post a time and I'll get the group together. But a good advance notice would be nice to ask for the day off. I say just pick a place where the most poeple could meet and want to go.

 

CG sounds good if there's a decent place to go. Anyone got a time/place for this Shindig??

 

I still think Sedona would be a better place. Its getting hotter by the day, going somewhere up north would be a nice escape from the heat.
