I made a few, sold them all. ill make another round of a few one day but there not cheap and take a good 4 hours each to make plus supplies your looking at over 100 for each plus shipping.
well let me explain this way. the way i do it an the few others who do (I think at least) is with fiberglass. a molded plastic piece would be much much cheaper however no company will ever make mold for a bunch of plastic pieces when there only going to sell 20 of them in 4 years. someone chime in if im wrong.

Our dual pods take an average of 9 hours of labor with a total of 6 hours of curing time.
We have been considering doing a GB on these, but there needs to be enough interest to make it worthwhile. If you would be interested in these at a SIGNIFICANTLY lower price, post in the Gauge pod GB thread in our vendor area.
To he honest, I don't know how anyone could make a dual setup in 4 hours. Just getting the trim cut, pvc mounted and aligned properly, and test mounted, takes an hour and a half.... Then mixing the filler, and starting to shape the pod, then 3 hours of curing time, lots of sanding, 2nd application of filler, 3 hours of curing, finish sanding and shaping, primer, and paint....

We make ours with PVC pipe that fits a wideband fine, and we use Plasti-flex to avoid any cracking or distortion during installation or due to vibration.

also i wouldn't include resin curing time in the total time.

Im afraid to use fiberglass as the ones ive seen fiberglassed crack where it attachs to the plastic. But I dont believe any were from you adrian.
We would do a group buy and they WOULD lower the price alot but im not in the mood to listen to people complain how long it would take to make all the pods lol. Well see, post in our vendor area and let us know.
www.BuyHIDs.com we has em now if you dont want to wait for a "maybe" group buy.

Well I would want the one thats on the side but only for single, not double. And that is a lot of time, which im fine with and a group buy would be awesome on something like this, ill definitly post in that thread. Only worry is that it doesnt move around when driving or skweak or have the color slightly faded or different from the vents. That would bug me so bad lol
ill be up for the wait and would gladly join the group buy for a great product for the cobalt community.
