Hahn

So just finshed the Hahn stage V kit with the Hahn 3" exhaust. It sounds so amazing!! Also it runs smooth, and as for the power, couldn't really ask for more. The Trifecta tune works perfect and I am currently hitting full boost at 4000rpms (altitude is a bitch...) and pushing 16 psi. Next is pistons, head gasket, and rods, then turn up the boost!

you think where you are is a problem? lol try 22psi, i mean i only feather it in first because when i floor it in 2nd it sits at 7k but ive been on 22.5psi for 5months now with a stock motor with no issues; i do have a spec stage 3+ clutch though......yea for 22psi you might want a better clutch if you dnot have one yet

As for tuning i couldn't tell you because......i dont kno how except for the basics like afr's and knock.
for clutches, its up to you. i choose the spec stage 3+ because it feels just like the stock clutch after break in. the gm performance clutch is also good and a few hundred dollars cheaper but with the spec3+ i break boost, wot second gear, i dig all the time and it has never sliped once so i give spec 10/10. i didn't want driving to be a nightmare everyday so thats why i choose the spec+ series instead of a puck clutch. in what ever clutch you choose make sure you get all new components like a new flywheel, flywheel bolts and such.

lag on the s20g.......lol Very little. this has happened to me many times, a car pulls up to me and floors it out of nowhere while im just shifting into 2nd in dead vacuum. as soon as i hit 2nd i floor it and theres about 3sec of lag and your gone and all the other car can see is fire coming out of your exhaust the setup is sick and i've raced cars from 250whp - 400whp and the car runs in all classes even with some bikes, yes theres better kits out but if your looking for a quick daily the hahn s20g kit will be just fine. since install i have not had one problems at all. the two things you must do when you get the kit is, toss the gay warm clamps and buy t-bolt clamps. the warm clams will blow off asap but the t-bolts hold like a champ. also tap your oil pan because the no tap oil solution works but taping the oil pan is the correct way to do it. your also chancing it when you up the boost, it just builds too much pressure in the motor and after awhile it could cause problems. hope this helps, hit me up with any questions you come across.

Workin on it, I really want to turn up the boost though, but i feel like second isn't as strong as it should be. So the tune still needs to be touched up. But the kit is great and hasn't given me any problems. Sounds like sex too, lol. Thanks Aaron for the great deals, support, and great service!

i just realized that you have 60lb injectors but at 16psi you shouldn't be maxing them out yet. i have 79lb injectors on my hahn setup and i still have more room to push for boost but it'll be pushing it after 24psi. you will be able to reach 22psi because on the hahn dyno chart they push the kit to 22psi on 60's with stock internals.

I'm in Colorado, and I don't have 22 yet. so my numbers get all messed up because of altitude... Dr.balt is a good guy to ask. but as far as prices, its not going to be cheap.
