Anyone here live near or work at Luke Air Force base? I'm looking at houses near Luke and I'm curious how the sound levels are from the jets.

Its only loud when they take off lol look into licthfield park its around there but moves you away from the base

Cool, thanks for the replies. I went down there last Friday during their active flight hours and it was actually quieter than what I'm used to in Tempe. (I live right under the flight path for Sky Harbor.)

I'm actually buying a house in Litchfield Park; the bank just accepted my offer so now I'm getting all the paper work squared away. Shwing!

you have no idea........... 1st set my alarm for 9 and it doesnt go off wake at 10:51 cussing, yell at my dad for not wakeing me up, no one to call and see if you could wait up, go to party at 2. i was pissed.
