thanks, and idk, haven't had it in 9 weeks now. Desert Suns "dealership here" has it in for transmission work. all under warranty but they are taking their time with it.

Sup everyone. I'm new to the area as of friday. I drive a stock red w/ yellow stripes & yellow high-rise LSJ, and I'm stationed at Holloman AFB.

I'm seeing an assload of tuner cars on base here and I'm wondering where the local car scence is. I'm not used to the elevation. I could start generating power at 2.5K rpm, but that was at an elevation of around 800 ft.

Also, where's a good place to find 93 gas WITHOUT ethanol in it?

Welcome to the base, it sucks here lol. in town everyone goes up to sonic on Friday and Saturday nights. but you will mostly see just a bunch of Honda's up there. There are a few other SS's on base 2 silver a white one, black one, yellow one and then my self in my yellow one with the CF hood. as stated above you wont find any 93 here and the closest E85 is in cruces so your pretty much stuck with 91. There is on occasion a large group meet up at the abandoned building to your right on the way into town before the bridge and you will usually get like 50 cars that show up to that and just cruise but that don't happen to often. other then that El Paso meets every Wednesday, and some other meets up if you stay tuned on here and feel like driving a bit to go.

 

Most likely, always that guy that sucks at his job :/, but all it was is the output shaft baring burnt up. Dealership argued agaisnt me saying i track the car so they arnt covering it. No proof though so they decided to take their sweet time with it i guess.
