Hey I got a question for you all. So lately more and more I have been noticing for some odd reason a lot of people in ss/tc seem to come off as rude to the sc guys, like there superior to us because there's are newer or something??? I'm not referring to anyone on this sight (at least I don't think) but that's just the impression me and a few sc friends have noticed? Shouldn't we all get along? I mean same car so similar taste and pssions because we own balts. What do u all think

Btw is there any orange balts on here from the abq area?

 

Oh Yeah. Man, I'm ALWAYS Looking down on dvs cause he's an SC owner. Oh wait... It's because I'm like 5 inches taller than him... Some people are just deuches, man. As for abq balts... Dvs, Cavaleir, Nal, Myself. all in the abq/rio rancho area. JJ is kinda funny looking, but that's cause he's in cruces >.>

Hey, Ya'll. I'm gonna be at the track friday night for a few hours before I have to go to work. Probably from 6pm to 8 or 9pm.

 

ya I don't think its nobody on this sight. But we talked to 2 turbo balts in particular that were just jerks oh well I guess. I am kinda wanting to take pics with mine and a bunch of other balts. My neighbor, my friend and I took some just us 3 looked awesome. Btw tensioner helped out some added a little more boost

 

So how's your balt running now with the added boost from the tensioner?

 

Feels a lot better, I can feel my torque a little stronger too. I'm not completely sure if it fixed completely bacause haven't had it re dynoed just yet. But certaintly helped

 

Well I dnt knw but like me a respect all cobalts, it jst hurts when I see s/c n t/c cause I wish I had either 1 of them since I have a ls

 

lol. 505. I had a base model balt before I returned it for a lemon. Then I got an LT model. Drove that for a year before the 08 balts came out HAD to have one. Sold my LT to my fiance and got the SS. Fiance then traded the LT in for a Hondai -_-

 

Hey 505, I love em all too the lt,ls models are nice cars too with a pretty decent powerplant. My wife has a saturn ion 2.2 and she is constantly terrorizing al the local hondas lol

 

Heck yeah. My LT was fast off the line. Was running 17.5's at the track. AND I got up to 38.3 miles to the gallon.

 

Ya can't beat that gas mileage. Did u have any mods done to yours? We have been wanting to run hers just to see what it does

 

Nope. Was bone stock. Bring it to the drag strip friday!!

 

This year I will for sure its in the paint shop right now though.

lets get a few things straight first off my car is way better then rusty's no matter what he tells you. secondly the fiance thing must be a lie because there's not enough ever clear in the world to produce a "yes" from anyone (even the blow up doll he keeps in the trunk... yes rusty we all know about it)

I took my car in to get the power steering recall done, got it back in a couple hours

 

What mods do u have done?

 

I have 2.25 cat-back wit HKS muffler, shorty headers and a Injen CAI

For 505 and bratboy, before JJ gets ya'll confused I'm Rusty. Bratboy, the last time I was at the track I pulled a 14.3 with a partial tune. I can't get off the line to save my life. All I do is burn my tires. And JJ, I'd be quiet if I was you. Last I checked she managed to down more hot wings than you did and didn't look like she was going to cry :P

And at least I brought my girl to the meet. Where was yours, eh, eh, eh, eh?????

And, Nal, You have NO clue how much I cough up a month to keep that 'doll' happy and well maintained :P
