it is NOT a felony to have alcohol if you're under 21. The alcohol age laws in the United States are done by state. Mandates dictate that the age needs to be 21, not federal law. i know people who have 3 or 4 minor in possessions that are just on probation.

I was in New Mexico in Oct.
You could go to Carlsbad Caverns.

Or how about White Sands.

Or if you want to play on some really nice roads you could go to Cloudcroft and head towards the solar observatory.

White Sands isn't all that great, you will get white sand all over your car (can't stress that enuf) But it does make for some freakin awesome pictures after you dust the sand off lol.

I stationed at Holloman AFB it's at the base of the mountain for Cloudcroft/Ruidoso, and let me tell you...thoughs are some ******* FUN roads! Just be careful because cops LOVE to sit and catch people through the "safety corridors" aka speed trap. But most of all be careful up there because jackasses, mainly in big trucks, love to take up both lanes in sharp and blind turns...and that's why I stopped going up there, damn near got taken out on my bike by a douche bag driver, but that's long story.

I was just at white sands visiting my little bro 2 weeks ago, that was 4 hours of pretty much nothing, I did see a small lake about an hour and a half north of las cruces, but on the cobalt it was an ok drive, I would hate to do it in the crappyvan
