So yesterday i started officially getting everything set up to go to UTI! im soo excited!! My goal start date is Feb 15th, i have to fill out my application 2day and then get all my loan crap set up. Hopefully everything goes through okay so i can get the F outta Michigan!! My fiance is coming down with me and we will prolly get an apt or rent a house out with my buddy who lives down there. He drives an 03 black GTI with a turbo swap. me and him are going to have some pretty good races!

yeah ive been trying to come out for a while now but my work pissed me off the other day and that gave me the ambition to finally decide i need to do something with my life! lol!

oh it was man!! If you did good on ur evaluation you were getting a 50cent raise. Well i got a 2.8 out of 3.0 on my eval. Great score!! well i come in tuesday and my boss calls me in the office and says, So Spartan said your not getting your raise because you had one in the last 6 months. i said "you mean my night stock premium?" he said "yep." I flipped out and told him that i wont be working here much longer, its not his fault and i feel bad for shooting the messenger, but its bullshit, ive worked my ass off for 5+ yrs for that company and i cant even get a measly 50 cent raise.

i dont even consider Night premium to be a raise!!

 

I'm assuming they would take that premium away if you stopped working nights? Yeah...shift differential is definitely not a raise. That's some BS.

i worked for the same company for 5 years without any raise at all. i know how you feel.

Well im not so much looking into queen creek anymore. my buddy lives in Chandler, so were kinda looking in that area an tward Avondale. trying to find a house to rent out but if not well just settle with a 2 bdrm apt.
