Tell me about it. Stupid GMAC doesn't keep track of payment records very well. They said I was three months behind. And I have bank records saying I wasn't. I'm thinking about launching a lawsuit for wrongful reposession, defamation of character for ruining my credit, and mental anguish for the loss of the only thing that made me happy. If anyone has similar stories about GMAC, please let me know.

 

dude i had the same problem with them and payments...i have to pay over the phone now its an extra 10 bucks..for that....gmac does suck

 

I "tried" to pay over the phone once. That's what led to her getting repoed. GMAC said they didn't receive the payment. Tell that to my bank account which shows the funds gone. GMAC = GAY MONKEY ASSED CRIMINALS!!!!!

 

GMAC has been good to me so far... knock on wood but yeah i'm from SC/SJ i live there my whole life what going on man?

 

How long since you've had the car? I had it for about 8 months, that's where it all went wrong.

Since Last Nov so about 8 months... damn i hope that doesn't happen to me... i bought it at courtesy chevrolet on stevens creek cool where in SC? i use to live rite off benton by sc high also by buscher middle school...
