I know its early, but wanted to get a head start on this so no one has an excuse.
April 20th, 2008 ACH and AFH(Angeles Crest Highway/Angeles Forest Highway) 1200pm start time. Meeting in the Rose Bowl parking lot, Lot "I". Set up your meeting spots to get there. Then we will stop at the Shell at the bottom for fuel if any one needs it. Lunch will be at Newcombs Ranch(www.newcombsranch.com) We will be doing alot of pics and video runs on this one. For those that are interested, If you don't want to do straight freeway back home, there is another (Soledad) canyon we can run down before we hit the freeway. I will be setting up a bigger meeting spot so we all can fit, the shell station is just for fuel.

This is the second part of the cruise, from Newcombs to Palmdale, Approx 25 miles

And this will be the alternate route from Palmdale to Santa Clarita, Approx 20miles

hwy 2 doesnt go thru to that side anymore, (wash out from the avalanches)other wise I would do that cruise. we are going to be on the La Canada/Flintridge side. We will cruise up to Newcombs Ranch for lunch, the cruise back down to Angeles Forest and then go up to Palmdale. Then from there it depends on the everyone they want to take the freeway or another canyon back down. If so then we can take soladad canyon, which ends up in Santa Clarita
