Anybody know of any good cobalt shops in socal?(around west Covina) I'm looking for someone who could install a turbo or supercharger on a balt and tune it.

i know a tint shop. Ipaid 120 for all 5 windows.

limo in the back 3. 15% in the front

as el mariachi for the turbo kit shop.

 

Whats the name of this tint shop? ill be doing that first.

70% is legal. nothing lower in cali.
