i dont care where it is really, but we have to pick a spot now or else no one will go cause it wont be organized. plus temecula is a nice mid way point. and i could imagine that there would be some great roads to go and cruise.

There is a parking lot that the medical center uses during the week. Its on Park right off the 5, it overlooks the 5 and the hospital compound. I have yet to find out who 'owns' it. It is usually empty on the weekends and would be a great spot to gather in. That is the spot I've been thinking about.

 

i think thats the one i scoped out this weekend. its F'ing huge! but there is no bbqs so someone would have to bring them. plus there is a lot of **** in the lot like dirt and pebbles. is it just as you enter balboa park just north of the 5?

 

Sorry guys...I haven't forgotten to post those pictures yet. I've been busting my butt at work since I've been home. The pictures ARE uploaded on my computer, but I just haven't had the time (or energy) to post them up on here. My next day off is Monday, so look for them then. Sorry, once again.

 

Temecula sounds great, plus its alot closer to us farther out
But either we need to keep the ball rolling, sounds like the ball is out of bounds right now

 

well i will look into the temecula site as a backup and if you guys could check in on that spot you are lookin at in SD soon that would be great. and again i can supply the burgers but they are like 43 for 45 or 50 burgers. so do 3 other people want to go in on them?

 

If we end up using the parking lot, I'll buy a grill and set it up. I'll go take pictures in a bit to give you guys an idea.
