wow i guess im not the only one..ill be in court on monday and heres why:

so i got that ticket for my exhaust. the cop wrote down "loud pipes, magnaflow" so i fail the first test at 103db. i throw another magnaflow muffler under there and i pass at 94.2db. so i call the courts today to find out what then need me to mail in. the lady told it me would be a $140 fine!!! i was freakin pissed, espically since the cop told me it would be a fix it ticket, but because he didnt mark the box saying the violation is fixable, the lady said there would be the 140 fine. so im trying to figure out how they can fine me for some thing that isnt illegal. as far as the court knows i passed, they don't know about the first test. plus the cop who pulled me over never said it was illegal because he didnt have a db meter. so i was thinkin i could argue the point that i shouldn't have to pay the big fine because a)its fixed and b) its not illegal, and they have no proof of it being illegal, all they have is the ticket and the proof of me passing the test.

ya dude you should be good...i think your case is plausable and has credit. but ya on another note my court date got pushed back a month so im pretty stoked about that. yahoo for me!

 

what sonics are you guys meeting at? are you ging to cruz up to the meet after that?

ok so to get everything straight...ill meet up with tummy at around 510...well cruise down to tracy from manteca and meet everyone at 530..and then chill at sonics and go to sac and get to sac at liek 630-7 correct?

 

i thought we where meeting at sonics at 4
