well it can be done at any time, thats an easy job to do.

that is a lil excessive and touch-up work never looks that great... some nice, small, smooth plugs would be fine

 

But where do you get those?

 

autozone, use the lil plastic retainers that are in the lil orange boxes by the spray paint, and paint them gloss black... this is what i did before i hit the dog and had to get a new bumper, and a lot of people liked it. let me know if you want me to help you out

yeah, that evo x looked bad ass, a very "intimidating" and aggressive front end
