i think once they read "discount" they will bite.. im pretty sure everyone that is going will want a hotel.

I am going to try and reserve 20 rooms, 10 two beds for up to 4 people to group up for a savings. 10 single beds for couples. Once I get a confirmation I will post up a signup sheet that is first come first served. Those that come to late, will have to find there own room or camp. Maybe we can get more rooms at that hotel if need be later on, but I wouldn't bet on it.

Saturday, June 7th is the main meet.

Many are arriving friday night though, including myself.

Prices are not yet known for certain, but for a 4 person 2 bed room it would be around $130/night.

no offense or anything but screw that site...its usless...ill just go between all the sites to get info.....no one goes on that site i dont care what anyone says...us relying on ppl getting on that site will end up in no one coming to the meet. If you wanna keep a list you can and i can give you names and the forums they are from.

 

I don't care how we do it. I just don't know how we can be fair about first come first served if we spread the list across 6 places at the same time! How do we decide who gets what? Assuming that the rooms are in demand.

 

Well i could just have people call and then when the spots are full they are full. that could work lol

 

If you want to do that then I'm cool. I don't want to play secretary, I can't at my job.

Thats why I was thinking of the spreadsheet where you claim a spot.

Couples rooms would be for obviouly one couple and the group ones are just lumped. So if 4 want to be together, grab a room otherwise your at the mercy of chance, because your gonna have rommies!

 

thats how it needs to work if we get too technical itll be a mess....just find out what they can do for group rates tomorrow and PM me and then ill get all the information set up.
