Driving down the 95 south a couple nights ago, fairly empty, behaving myself, doing about 70 with the cc on... Neon passes me doin' about 80... NOT an SRT-4, not even an SXT... Passes, slows, rides beside, takes off, slows again, revs... WTF is up with some people? Either that or I forget that most people don't know what a RL is, lol. Anyway, 3rd gear to redline real quick fixed the problem and I was back to 70 in 5th and cc set again and was picking out another CD to listen to before he caught up...

Are we ever going to have a meet where more than 3 people show up? Why is it so damned hard to get a group of car owners together in one place at the same time? Why can other groups pull it off and RL/Balt owners can't? And why to RL's show up to autocross and not a single Cobalt ll season - unless you count the Turbo that came all the way to Hawthorn for the two day event FROM IDAHO.

i did not know they did the open track for the road course. i need a new clutch so i will not be doing any racing for a little while. i just read how some people meet up at the open track nights and was wondering when the next one was. anyone know a good place to go to get a clutch put in. i was going to go to the dealer. they said 350 for the install. but they will not warranty anything because the only clutch they can get is the stock clutch and that does not hold enough.

 

R those ur only mods on ur sig?? I would think the stock clutch would hold up but I wouldn't no where for a ftermarket clutch could be installed

Nevermind I looked up ottp stage 1, ur bout the same as my mods. The next day at the track is this coming friday.

i dont think my whole clutch is shot just the middle cuz i bought it used and he tought his wife how to drive and i tought mine not to long ago so i dont think that helps it much. but i can punch it in first and second and my RPM will jump but speed only moves like 3 mph. and no squeiling tires. i think i would not mind meeting up tomm. other than the new call of duty comes out ha. what time and where were u thinkin?
