Well it surged ever since I got it but 5th and 160mph it doesn't so I went big tracking fo a week and the journal is trashed in the centerhousing so time for a bb turbo

as for the hyundai my neighbor has the turbo and it kept up with a factory stg 2 at 18 psi it's very sweet car and rwd to top it off can't go wrong
