Yeah...basically I have no health insurance right now, and if you have ANY gap in your insurance, you can't get any more. They claimed I made my February payment late, which is ******* wrong because it was due by the end of Feb. and according to my bank statement, they cashed the check February 24th.

so get on the phone with a supervisor and fax over your statement showing the deposited your check. What company is this btw? I work at a lab and work with insurance all day long, I did billing for 2 years, I hate them

I've been on the phone with my old employer and Conexis all ******* day
I'm hearing different information from both sides, but it all boils down to that I'm not insured and I need to be ASAP.
