Its the state cutting back, most DMV offices are closed on fridays so the extra work load is created.

that definitely makes sense. I read a lot of the bickering back and forth in the old thread, but when i made this i somehow didnt make the connection that theyd lock the whole thread because of that guy. Well, w/e. Its a car forum, and there will always be all kinds of people, both good and bad.
