looking for more of an actual straight up sports car and as far as i've looked the 370z has better handling than the g37S plus is a little on the lighter side of the weight scale. i kinda prefer the looks of the 370 over the g37s in any case, i dont know everytime i see a g37 they just look kinda plain jane....could be because i see so many of them around here though lol. not really concerned about the luxury part though, they've actually done a really good job of upgrading the interior on the 370 over the 350.

got that right fernando, not to mention stillen already has a supercharger kit out for it that bumps the power up to 515 at the crank and 438whp now to just find one in that beautiful monterey blue that i want with the sport package

to each his own i guess, lol...personally i like the way they look, but as for being rich to have one that has basic bolt on's they arent actually that expensive to own or do mods to.

he means the air fuel ratio was rich, not that you have to be rich to own one.

IMO it was probably tuned just fine and was catless. as soon as the cats are gone, even a lean NA AFR @ WOT smells rich

nah, just a moderate amount of power, ya know enough to get me out of a jam but not get me into trouble lol...as far as money goes though i've already seen some used 09 370Z going for as little as $24k and that will definitely only keep going down as far as i can tell seeing as you can get an 08 350Z for as little as $18k...believe me i thought about some of those very same cars you mentioned but i guess what i was going for was a little uniqueness seeing as i dont see very many of the 370z cruising around here...heck the first one i saw ever was just last week cruising down i-5 by irvine lol

I say save up all your money and you should plan to lose your job if the economy keeps going the way it is...

In all seriousness keep driving the cobalt ss and park a used Z06 in the garage for weekends and trackday. 05-06 are starting to come down in price. Or go with a C5, they are still very fast.

lol, i wish my cobalt was an SS but sadly it's just an LS sedan, but in all seriousness i was planning on saving up for a big down payment to put on a used 370z which should be going for a little over $20k for the 09's by the time im ready for one which would make my payments really low so just in case things come to worst case i can still afford to keep the car and have a roof over my head. besides i want something that is really good at handling and thats exactly what the 370 is built for seeing as it posts a .99g skidpad in most reviews and having 332hp to play around with is still not bad

Aww well you can always turbo the LS if you want.

Check this out... I found about 10 C5 Z06s on Ebay for the same price. Just something to think about. The corvette stock will pull over 1.02g on the skidpad by the way and the later C5 Z06 has like 370 hp at the wheels. Plus the sound of a V-8 is SWEET!
