Socal Ecotec Specialist

Did a turbo swap, cant seem to find a boost leak I have. I try to go to shops and non of them want to work on my car. They say they don't have enough experience etc. Does anyone know of any good shops in socal LA area that can help me? I've even tried whitfeild racing, they said they dont have time with ecotec anymore as they're too much into their acuras etc.

have you made a boost leak tester? It's pretty easy to find the leak that way

I have, and we hear it. we cant find it. We put smoke to it too so Idk. It's really weird. I think it's my lower charge pipe. Has to be coming out from either the MAP/MAF sensor or the boost tap screw. Need to pull it out and silicone it up. Nobody wants to work on my car though. I don't get it.

Keep us posted on how it goes . . my friend in Simi Valley is an ASE certified mechanic and works full time at the dealership, and has his own shop for extra work and customer projects on the side.

He has built many high horsepower cars, all different makes and models, N/A, supercharged, turbo, juiced, etc., and quite a few that nobody else wants to touch. He recently worked on a 240 LSX swap that was crazy fast!
