So who out here snowboards/skiis? I got a season pass for Mountan High for x-mas and I plan on hitting up the slopes ALOT this year. So whenever you guys go out, hit me up or shoot me a pm. Im down for big bear or something a little bigger too as long as I have a little notice. oh and Merry x-mas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

i love to board... i went to bear last weekend it was awesome, that is where i usually go but im down to hit up mountain high a couple times.

 

cool I haven't been boarding in like 4 years I used to be pretty good but im sure i suck now. let me know if anyone goes I would be up for big bear or mammoth.....I think there is a place down here too.

up the 15 a lil further than bear from you guys coming from the south, but no mountain driving

 

overall its shorter getting there from the south than it is to go to bear tho

 

Yeah mt high is a really easy drive. Takes maybe 30min to drive to the top and back down again lol. This is my 2nd season pass and my first one was only put to use 2 times that season which imo is a sin. I was gonna go tonight but the wind is crazy and my ride fell through. Lets get something rolling guys.

I go to Mountain High all the time...however, I usually go for the night sessions from 5pm-10pm. Less crowds, don't get sun burned. I'm down for a meet up! I don't snowboard but I've been skiing for 15 years and 2yrs ago I picked up a pair of these:



Not that exact style but the Skiboard.

Here's a photo from Sierra Summit 2 years ago, not sure if anyone has ever been there before but it's a great resort.

 

Hey Dan have you been up there this year yet? If so hows is been looking?

 

Haven't been up there this year just yet, but was planning on going in the next 2 weeks. I have been watching the show report, webcam, and daily pictures though and it looks great.
