Stupid desert heat!

If it were not for my job, I would leave SoCal in a heartbeat. I cannot wait until fall comes and the weather lightens up. So tired of 100℉+. I stare at my IAT2s and get scared so much.

Highway driving post blower temps are 120-126 and in city stop and go, 128-136. At red lights I've seen 143 before!

keep this in mind. the cavalier supercharger upgrade from gm had no intercooling period. those guys running 2.8-3.1 inch pulleys would easily see 200+ iat2

everyone with a cobalt thinks we have it bad lol

That's cool. With e85 heat isn't much on an issue and with nos my iat2s go below outside temp anyways lol

This entire summer we haven't broke over a hundred (at least in the west part of the state (WA).

I wouldn't survive a SoCal summer.

Add a few hp, just get an AC delete belt lol

Back to the E85 discussion...I discovered an ethanol Chevron station 31 miles from my house. So were talking a 60 mile round trip so maybe burn 3 gal of fuel in total travel, but I could always load up on fuel containers and haul it back lol.

Could take a string measurement of all what's required for a total length, then just shop for a belt that length
