im thinking about losing my "unique" hood (no one else around here has it) and my low rise trunk to get a carbon fiber hood and wingless carbon fiber trunk. (my trunk is stock and my hood is Fiber glass). i think the carbon fiber black will look good against my gray car. don't really want to pay shipping, as i have little cash. If anyone in California (willing to drive a couple hours in any direction from LA area) has a hood / trunk they want to sell or trade, hit me up. here are some pics of what i have now (older pics, de-badged now,gen 4 head lights, and have window vents)

don't have gen 1 projectors anymore, i have the 4's now with slight cracks (cracked a few days after i bought them off ebay)

the third tail light, the inner tail lights, and the outer tail lights are ALL LED. i wasn't thinking about selling them, but make me an offer. (i paid $300 for the inner/outer 2, and $70 from GM - Impala tail light)

who did you exhaust?

 

a local shop in Burbank, California. they do GREAT work... did stuff before for my 92 Camaro. they are a little pricey, but they know their stuff. I said i wanted dual exhaust with mufflers that don't sound "rice". they had a local race shop that makes their own mufflers and suggested it. i went with it and they're great.


shop is called Morse Muffler


cost: about $600.... brought car in Saturday morning, told them what i wanted, picked out tips and muffler, picked up Saturday afternoon (not open sundays, only opened till about 2 on saturday)

price includes: 2.5" piping throughout, 2 mufflers, 2stainless tips, y-pipe over rear - "axel"

 

define pricey....and is it a Y or a corss bar?
