in-dash dvd/nav/sat.

up for sale is a pioneer avic-d which is in-dash touch screen that is dvd/nav/sat ready. comes with the sat. radio adapter kit. this setup was in a car for 2 months and worked great. needs a new home. pm for pics and your best offer.

wow.... remember you may be able to get the screen but the navi with live updates and sat radio controller are more.

correct but the live updates show traffic/driving conditions in real time.

no ur not correct...its a gps chip that is inserted in the headunit...not a damn dvd that shows floridas maps or sum ****...lol

um actually the pioneer avic-d3 does use a single DVD disc and a gps chip. you have to use the disc to set routes and all that good stuff, once the route is in you can take it out, but to make changes you have to put it back in.

So dont make fun of people for not knowing what it is, when you yourself dont know what it is

yes its blue tooth ready need adaptor.. the cd is for setting routes and the chip within the unit is the gps but the add on comes with sat/and live updates. the avic-d3 i have also has the GEX-P10XMT adaptor for sat/updates

interested. couple questions though...

you said for the setup.. does that include the harness to fit the cobalt? antenna wires? what does the set up include..

comes with head unit/cd for nav/harnesses from unit to adaptor/ipod cable/basic plug for back of unit/sat antenna/gps antenna/the sat and live traffic update adaptor/ will need parts to put into a cobalt or any other car.

I might be interested. I've been looking at this one and the D1. I heard when the parking break is disengaged that playing a DVD is disabled (idk if that's true since the audio guy at best buy told me that).

I had a pm asking me what was wrong with unit.. nothing is wrong with unit. I was stating that the unit is bad a$$!
