So i have this black jack right now and i kinda want something else. im just weird, i change phones about every 6 months cause something even better comes out.

this phone is brand new cause i just went and said that it wasnt workin right(even though it was....), so they gave me a brand new one under warranty. the case back, battery, charger, etc are not brand new, just the actual phone part itself. they just reused my case back and battery since they were fine(cheap bastards, haha!).

the case back does have a couple of VERY small scratches from the previous phone that i dropped but the handset part has absolutely no marks on it. the USB cable got snatched by the dog, but he only left one bite mark which doesnt affect it in any way. all of this stuff is in the pics. the only thing you wont see is the wall and car charger, i was just too lazy to go get them. i swear they come with it though and there is nothing wrong with them at all.

bluetooth head set(never used, just opened)

im asking $175 and i will reformat the phone so that there is no trace of me ever using it.
