It is an AWESOME phone and I loved it!! To bad t-mobiles service sucks in my area
The keyboard is awesome & I could never go back to a reg. phone without one again, the buttons are laid out perfect.
I'm looking for $150 shipped.
This phone does everything:
IM/txt/E-mail
Real web browsing <--kickass!!
Music Player
Games
Bluetooth
1.3 MP camera
Even makes phonecalls!!
Whats included:
Phone, Case, Charger, Manuals, 2GB & 64MB miniSD cards.
(the 64mb card isn't pictured b/c i didn't find it till after i took the pics)
There is nothing wrong with the phone, other then i didn't have good service.
(not the phones fault b/c my GF had a Trace & she has the same issue with service)

Before anyone side busts: this phone retails new for: $399, the $199 price is with a 2yr contract & $50mail in rebate. Plus mine includes an extra 2GB miniSD card.

I can teach you how to change the background images & open/closing sounds too, b/c its not really an "option" in the menu, & you have to be a little creative.
