How To Sell..

ok so im broke at the moment and looking to sell some things on here. ha but i have NO idea how to do it.. obviously post to sell things, people say i want them, and ship it. but as far as the money ive never done paypal so idk how it works. i wanna know how things work, and wat to watch out for, and wats normal and blah blah. what to make sure i see before shippin things out and yea..

second question, does paypal costs anything like monthly or something or even anything?.. thanks in advance and looking forward to answers ha because i nees some monay..

paypal free if they send it as a gift if not there's a % fee on the payment and youll want buyer to pay this more than likely....i think until you confirm your acct they give you a 500 a month withdrawl stipulation.

ya ive heard that. so when i sell something. i send it as a gift? but then how would i get the money? and wat is a 500 dollar a month stipulation. ha sorry for being retarded/

Selling something has nothing to do with you sending anything on paypal, they wire you the money, either as a gift or goods, and then you mail it out,

They would send the money as a gift to you, so that you don't get charged the % fee.

BUT if you gift people money (say your buying something) and the people never send you what you ordered and you don't hear from them. You will not have a good chance of getting a your money back. So don't buy from people who tell you to gift the money, unless you know them.

ooo. im so stupid. ok thank you guys. so its free to setup and get an account? the only thing that costs money is when i actually try to get money?.. paypal would get a percentage if it wasnt a gift? and thank you for the info on the gift thing.

free to setup. only way you woul have to pay something is if the buyer sent the money as "goods" then you would get charged a fee. other than that. its free.

so when your buying something, send it as a goods payment and pay the extra 3%(?). when selling have them send the extra 3%(?) so that if anything goes wrong, they wont be pissed at you
