if u knew what you were actually doing, you would'nt have built an amd. Intels dual cores and quad cores kill them in gaming, amd used to be ontop, but not these last 2 years. Also only a very small percentage of games support quad cores, many multi processing, but mostly dual cores.
I build gaming systems.
E8400 @ 4.2Ghz, 4 gigs of muskin redline pc 1000 ram, evga gtx 280 video card
that pc cost him a couple grand to build, try buying one prebuilt with all that in it and let us know how much it would cost you

i know intel does well but i support amd and ati thats pretty much the reason this spider platform was built.
AMD and ATI = BEST price/performance per dollar theres another reason

BOOOOOO --- ATI------ LOL
Parting out? I want the hard drive, ( already filled up BOTH of my 1tb drives ) . Case, & PSU.
Seriously tho guys .. I'm a college degreed computer professional. This is a NO JOKE gaming rig.
Personally not an ATI or MSI fan, but regardless still a good buy for a great price ..
FREE BUMP
<-- My rig is
Asus M2N-SLI
AMD 6400 x2 Black edition 3.2 ghz overclocked to 3.8.
8gb DDR2-800 - Corsair XMS -w/ DHX heatsinks
2x 1gb Seagate SATA ll HD's in RAID "0" config.
2x Geforce 8800 GTX 768mb Videocards SLI'd
800 W Antec NEO power PSU
2x LG 22" LCD 2 ms response time monitors.
And my best investment out of all of it ...
LOGITECH G25 Race wheel 900ş turning radius, clutch gas brake pedals, & H-pattern 6 speed gearbox.

Nice build. I just built something similar for a friend. Antec 900, green 120mm fans all around, Powercolor 4870 1GB PCS, 9950 125W, DFI 790FXB M2RSH, 4GB of Mushkin eVCI. OC'ed to 3.2ghz on air thanks to SB750's ACC. Lots of fun building when it's not your own money.
Good luck on the sale.

WOW....if I had the cash.
Awesome set-up and props for the best **** used hands down. I know computers a lil and there's no problem with that set-up if you wanna run today's high end games, digital imaging programs, or video editing. Solitaire you might have lag.

FSB frequency and load stability is still not at sufficient level to competely handle the throughput between the gpu chipsets and the quad core cpu. Its going to be a while before you can see benefits here. Same with SLI.
With that being said, nice set up. I have a degree in electronics engineering. Im just plain sick of building from the ground up. XBOX360, PS3 and a Wii is all I need... lol I have 6 computers at home in which 2 are 2.5 terra SAS RAID configs... for my business
