Trust me its sprint. If you want to get rid of that service problem then just switch carriers. I have the 5 and I get no service anywhere. Before this I had the evo and it was the same thing. My whole family has sprint and they are all making the switch to Verizon because it has the best coverage and fastest Internet. I actually just got my galaxy s3 for Verizon and am using both phones ATM lol
