No it is not OEM.
Let me give you the details.
I took place in a promotion from Windows and won a copy of Windows Vista Ultimate both 32 bit and 64bit.
I've already sold the 64bit and wanted to keep the 32bit to use when I build up a new computer. Unfortunately I need to get some money together for this ZZP group buy.
The cd key has never been used and Vista never installed. It hasn't even come out of the cd sleeve.
Make me an offer!

Full install loaded right up and everything's legit.

not to sidebust ur thread. but Vista is extremly unstable, no one wants it. the only people who have it are gamers who want the DX10.

 

Actually after the SP1 release I have had no issues on my work computer so like XP was unstable in the beginng as well it's the bugs that have to be found and fixed.

 

Over a year ago it was hard to find a PC at the store with XP on it.
Vista is here and XP is outdated whether you like it or not.
As for stability issues I'll wait and see but haven't come across any yet. It even installed without requiring for me to download any drivers (very un-Windows like).

 

Runs like a champ on my personal box at home.

I can include a slipstreamed Vista Ultimate 32bit SP1 install cd. The cd key works just the same as covered by the Microsoft End User License Agreement (Which I guarantee non of you have ever read)
If you read it you'll learn that the cd-key or also known as the Certificate of Authenticity is what you are paying for. I could give you a Vista CD to a million people but no law was broken it's when I give you a way to hack the activation that it becomes illegal. The cd key is like the title to a car. It proves you are the owner of program (windows).

SP3 just came out. not outdated at all. but if it was a better OS then why is MS already showing previews of Windows 7? Vista was a flop

2010 expected and if Vista and XP and 2000 and 98 and 95 hmmmm see a pattern? Has told me is the release date will be 2011 if not 2012 so yeah you can wait if you want.
Remember they started showing 98 two months after 95 came out so I won't try to change your opinion but I will show the whole facts.
