Although I dont have one for sale, if you dont find one used from someone on here, you should check out www.newegg.com and www.tigerdirect.com.
Both places are very reliable, and have excellent customer service, and you can pick up a good 500gb external for around $120 shipped.

I own one, and I love it. Unless you have an eSATA port, then I would get one that supports that (3gb/sec).
