I got this game the day it came out, I've only played it about 5 hours (a total of 3 times)
I beat it on easy and I have the final song on medium left and I just cannot finish it, I guess my hands are too small or something.
Anyway, it comes with the game and the guitar, the guitar is mint, no scraches or anything like that.

No, not with the PS3 version... you HAVE to have this guitar to play GH3 on the PS3.
When I bought GH2 for the PS2, I bought a converter for the guitar, the game would run and the guitar would plug in, but it wouldnt work because you have to hit the PS button.

Eh, I get the same way. I'm done with guitar hero 2, cause I rocked it all the way through medium, but I can't do anything on hard cause my pinkie has no reach. So I give up.
