The clutch is for my son's SS/SC (mine doesn't need one yet) and he was surprised by the T-shirt. I didn't tell him one would come with the clutch. He liked it very much and I'm sure he'll wear it out.

I thought that this kit came with a release bearing. Will the stock bearing hold up to the added pressure required to disengage the clutch?

Exedy says uses your OEM bearing. Most people either reuse the stock one that came with the car or just buy an OEM one and call it a day. No one has had any issues with that as of yet so the OEM one is fine to be used.

Are you serious?

You better change your starter and alternator and most of the electronics then.

Hehehe...Japanes=junk...that's a new one.

Very nice!

Did you do the install your self or have a shop do it?

How long did the install take? If it was a shop.... how much was the labor rate if you dont mind me asking?

How is the ride and engagement?

I weighed the Exedy clutch flywheel combo and it came in around 27 lbs.
