Not sure what you mean by mess with your projectors. They are plug-n-play with them. Bi-Xenons are for stock lights so you keep your highbeams since they use one bulb. Slim ballasts means there half the size and alot easier to mount and hide them. On orginal post it tells you what bulbs go to which headlights.

so a bi-xenon is a single bulb which produces low and high beams of the same temp, correct? i mean, i cant have a 5000k low beam and a 3000k high beam? (would be siiiick, no?) i guess that would require 2 different bulbs... and "bi" in bi-xenon just means 'low/high' not '2', unless i am mistaken.

You are correct. Bi-Xenon is one bulb (Like stock) that tilts when high beams are turned on which angles the light higher. Only can have one temp.

It's cheap insurance against frying your wiring or starting a fire. It will also help eliminate flickering that occurs when not using one. I have one for my fogs and not my headlights and my fogs warm up faster with no flickering. I say get it.

I have a question...i just want some spare bulbs for my fogs...I have 3000k and I'd like to have 5000k as well just to see how it looks. Is there a sale price for just bulbs? 8xx series bulbs fyi.

I heard that the higher the temp the lower the light output is...is that correct?

What's the difference in brightness between the 6K n 8K?? I like the blue color, but definitely want the maximum amount of light output, because I have my headlights tinted.

Correct, best output is 5,000k. 8,000k isnt terrible but not as bright.

12k is a bit deeper in color. Relay is not required but recommended.

Read the first post, It tells you the sizes for any available cobalt headlights.

The recommended as they prevent flickering and will keep your stock wiring safe as its not being used to fire up the HIDs. But its not needed.
