1 Rebel Turbo kit on Sale
None of this would have happened if Rebel would just respond to the private messages that I have been sending them for weeks, just to give me a quick update on progress on my kit. That really is all I wanted was just a simple update, but I have not recieved any replies to my inquiries.
I have nothing against rebel but i am glad i did not buy this kit in a way not bashing them i just weird that they are trying to sell a kit to pay someone back there money and that someone else has paid for a kit and not received theres in 6 months
yes it has been bothering me that they cannot just give me the money back he told me that they do not have the money to refund me i dont even know how you can run a business like that
sales@rebel..... this is the contact that I used to P.M. back and forth with months ago when I bought the kit. I did not realize they had another P.M. address. I will admit my bad if that is the one I should be using. If this is the case and they just have not been getting my messages all along I will apologize for all this on the spot. I am not afraid to admit a mistake.
You know the sad thing is that noone i mean noone should have to wait for a refund from a buisness its just not good for buisness i just hope rebel clears all this up cause i have nothing against them personally. I been waiting for twinscrew updates cause our cars need the aftermarkt parts

your telling me that is horrible for the business if i had my own business like that and somebody asked me for a refund i would give it to them i dont care what their excuse is but refunds are part of business i have been wanting a refund for 4 months now and have only seen 500 of my 4100 i paid them i think that it is just a joke
My only gripe with this is the PM ****. If you want to get ahold of somebody right away give them a damn call! It's not that expensive to call. Right now Mase is running the show by himself as Jim is away on business, so day to day customers, turbo kit fabbing, twinscrew kit r&d, other part fabrication, inputting orders, shipping parts/kits, and keeping the show rolling is all being done by a one man. Each turbo kit will take time to put together especially when it's being done by one guy at the moment. I'd give Mase's personal cell phone number out, but I'm not sure if that's ok with him. I've never had an issue getting ahold of him either way though.

Everything takes time, specially when you are making something a little more complicated than a strut bar or caps for your coolant. Look at VictoryRed his car is still in progress which I completely understand with a project of such large scope.
My mailbox limit is 1000 pms and I clear it every 2 weeks, so I don't know about not getting back to people.

damn it sucks to see a company get burned like this...but with the tvs being a cheaper price and more cfm's and the rep that rebel is getting lately i dont see them selling to much of anything in the near future
