had a quick question for you dan, I am going to be purchasing this tune very soon. (just waiting on a tax return) but right now all i gave done is an intake. I want to purchase the tune, but later down the road a am going to do full exhaust. (header, dp, highflow cat, and catback), so my question is will doing these mods require me to change my tune, and if so will I have to buy another tune. Thanks for your help.

it will not require it, but you would get more power out of it. my best suggestion to you...wait till you have the full exhaust so you dont spend a bunch on a second tune...

Can we order a tune for 87 octane?

Yes, I realize why that's a dumb idea, I just want to know if we have the option.

I just went for a test drive, and let me tell you. IT !@#$in ROCKS!!. I put some premium in it on the way home. You did an awsome job. Keep up the good work. The throttle is alot more responsive, it really gave it alot more low/mid power. which is perfect. It also shifts smoother too. The next time i go to the track I will tell you my 1/4 mile time."
Here's the second review from a Happy Customer:

Good increase in torque especially where i had lost due to the 2.4 intake manifold Kit.
I can now shift at 7000 rpm's before the rev limiter kicks in. 1st Gear has so much torque it spins the tires at full throttle and that's also due to the removal of P.E. Delay. Well worth the Money.
Good Job Trifecta

ok so I know that the 2.2 in the cobalt is the same one from the ion, but just for confermation, it will work on the ion too right? nothing crazy will cause it not to work because of the different in body style

No this tuning is for the ECM (computer system). They will eventually support the ions and other 2.2 ecotec bases cars but as of now i believe its only the 05-06 cobalts.

stock intake can only handle 8psi of boost before it blows apart, you will need the 2.4L 32lb injectors

2.2 Auto Trans tuning is available

All 10 tunes for the discount have been sold.

Vince called me yesterday to let me know we can now support tuning for the 2.2 Cobalt with Auto Tranny.

Ion Beta testing is being worked out. No other info on additional years at this time.
I will up-date when I can.

Thanks again everyone.

lol i already knew this... Vince put in an auto trany tune for me with the GT Tuner that i got in the mail today

Shift points have been bumped up to my new rev limitor of 7500 rpms, upped all my line preasures accross the board, and a few other goodies

oh and changed my park/idle rev limit to 5k so i can KINDA spool up and blow off when ever i want to... dont worry about the neutral drop thing... chevy put in a secondary fuel cut off to prevent that, if at any time the engine is over 1,800 rpms and you try to neutral drop, fuel is cut off till its fully in gear and then you can take off... found this out myself before i got tuned
