I would advise anyone on this forum to not do business with Over the Top Performance. I ordered a front sway bar kit from them and paid to have it shipped next day air. It was not shipped next day air even though I paid the premium cost for next day air. When I called to check on what happened he wanted to argue about it with me rather than simply crediting my account the difference in shipping costs, roughly 16 bucks. Now that's not much money but I needed that part for a SCCA event this weekend and now it won't get here til monday. I have only Fed Ex tracking info to work with so I don't know if the Over the top guys shipped in improperly or if fed ex dropped the ball. As the customer I shouldn't be paying for next day air and then have to wait 5 days for my parts!! Nor should I ever have to argue with a vendor over something as silly as $16. I guess I won't be ordering my clutch kit, or my coilover kit from Over the top performance. That $16 mistake in customer service just cost them roughly 2 grand in future orders. Their lil add on here says they'll beat any "reputable" vendors price, since they don't seem to be reputable I guess that add makes some sense.

This is not the case. You paid $32 dollars for shipping a eibach sway bar next day air....... We shipped it fedex express saver for a total cost of $71 dollars. Please explain to me how we dropped the ball and have bad customer service? We paid over double what you think is a premium and never said a word about it. It was a glitch in the website so we ate the charge.

I will contact fedex about it not being delivered on time and I will ask about a refund, if they grant one they will most likely give us the ground shipping rate. At that time we will contact you and let you know about a refund.

Josh and Sean always take care of their customers... FedEx screwed up it's not OTTP's fault... they will do their best to take care of you!

But blaming a vendor for shipping issues just doesn't make sence!
